By using Creative Resize ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Creative Resize is a browser-based tool that resizes, crops and adapts images to social media formats on your own device. The free version is provided at no cost, adds a small badge to exports, downloads a limited number of formats at a time and may be supported by advertising. Creative Resize Pro is an optional one-time purchase that removes the badge and unlocks additional features such as ZIP download of all formats, 2x export, unlimited custom sizes, saved format bundles and batch processing of several images.
You retain all rights to the images you process and the files you create. Because rendering happens locally in your browser, we never receive, store or have access to your images. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use, modify and publish any image you process, including any third-party artwork, photographs, logos or trademarks it may contain. Platform names (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, WhatsApp) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the output sizes; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to create misleading or defamatory imagery, to attempt to interfere with its operation, to scrape or redistribute it, or to remove or circumvent the Pro license mechanism or the free-tier badge.
A Creative Resize Pro license is a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license for the purchaser. It may be activated on the devices you personally own, up to the activation limit of the license. Refunds are handled by the payment processor according to its policy; if the Service fails to work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Platform image sizes change over time; always check the current requirements of the network you publish to and keep your original files. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or images, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Creative Resize Pro, if any.
The Service may include advertising, analytics, payment and license-validation services operated by third parties, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
